Visit property weekly to inspect for damages. Will replace burned out light bulbs and batteries in tv remotes if needed. Launder blankets, kitchen towels and oven mitts. Air filter will be replaced monthly and batteries in smoke detectors and CO2 detectors will be replaced twice a year.
