OUR PROCESS AND PRICING

We will replenish missing or damaged items in kitchen, bedrooms, den, replace HVAC filters, replace lightbulbs and batteries in all remotes, as well as provide a light inspection.

You can choose the replacement, order and mail it to us, and we will deliver the items to your rental.

We will launder blankets, kitchen towels and oven mitts.

Make a monthly visit to replace air filter, burned out light bulbs, inspect rental for damages, replace batteries in tv remotes and smoke detectors, if needed. Launder blankets, kitchen towels and oven mitts.

We will document every item in your rental and provide a report.
